Very professional, give me good advice, give his recommendation and it was great.

Josh was outstanding in every way. His knowledge of the refrigerator to be repaired was excellent. He was patient and professional in showing me what exactly was not functioning properly. The parts were ordered and the fridge repaired the next morning. His pricing was appropriate and reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and will be using him again for future repairs.

Josh reached out to me very shortly after my work request was made. He was professional and knowledgeable and completed the repair as well as gave me advice about some of the other appliance maintenance in my home. i am pleased with the work he did on my Samsung dryer!

I reached out to him that night and he responded in less than 10 minutes, was at my house by 9:00am the next morning, DW fixed by 9:30am. He is very knowledgeable about the issues I had and helped pick out and replace the garbage disposal that was malfunctioning. He also addressed a drain line for the dishwasher that attached to the disposal. His estimate was accurate and more than fair for the work done.
