Won't drain
Water is still in the drum at the end of the cycle. Usually a clogged drain pump or filter, a kinked drain hose, or a failed pump.
A washer that won't drain, won't spin, or leaks onto the laundry room floor is hard to live with. We diagnose top-load and front-load washers, explain what failed, and quote the repair before any work starts.
Water is still in the drum at the end of the cycle. Usually a clogged drain pump or filter, a kinked drain hose, or a failed pump.
The drum fills and washes but clothes come out soaking wet. Often a drive belt, motor coupler, lid or door switch, or a control issue.
Water under or behind the machine. Common sources are the door boot, a loose or worn hose, the drain pump, or a tub seal.
Noise during the spin cycle can point to worn suspension, drum bearings, or something stuck in the pump.
Dead controls, a lid or door that won't register as closed, or an error code on the display.
Water inlet valves and their screens can clog or fail, and the water supply to the machine can be restricted.
We repair front-load and top-load washers from most common household brands, including Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire and Kenmore. If your brand isn't on that list, call or text and ask before booking.
Write the brand and model number in the request form, or tell us when you call. The model number is usually on a label inside the door, lid or frame, or on the back of the unit.
When you request a visit we confirm a 2-hour arrival window. The technician tests the washer, finds the failed part, and tells you the repair price. The diagnosis is $95; if you approve the repair, that $95 is applied toward it. If the part is on the truck we can often finish the same visit. Otherwise we order it and schedule a return visit.
Whether a washer is worth repairing depends on its age, the cost of the failed part, and what else is wearing out. We'll give you an honest recommendation, and if replacing it makes more sense we'll say so.

The usual causes are a clogged drain pump or filter, a kinked or blocked drain hose, or a failed pump. A technician can test the pump and tell you which one it is.
Yes. We work on both styles. Tell us the brand and model number when you book, which is usually on a label inside the door or lid.
The diagnosis is $95 and is applied toward the repair if you approve it. The repair price depends on the part and labor, and we quote it before any work begins.
Often it is, if the failed part is inexpensive and the rest of the machine is in good shape. We'll walk you through the options so you can decide.
